Thank you, thank you, thank you! You guys are lifesavers. I’ve been using it’s deductible since forever. We’ve been storing half of the world in our garage and this year I’ve been going through it all and donating 90% of it. It’s all on its deductible. I was panicking.
I was scouring the Internet for information on a possible substitute and came across a gripe session among it’s deductible users. People were asking for alternatives.
The fact that you guys were users of that app spoke to me. It gave me confidence that you would know better what was needed.

Thank you for making this app. I emailed Intuit to keep ItsDeductible and but I got nothing except canned responses from Intuit about it.
I love Deductible Duck! It really is a virtual clone of ItsDeductible, so easy to use.
I recently made the switch to Deductible Duck since Excel / tracking all the FMV of items is a PITA. It seems very similar in nature to ItsDeductible (and can import into TurboTax). While it costs money, I’ve learned like with Mint, that sadly in this economy you have to pay to get any quality.
So if this is going to have actual support and updates vs ItsDeductible was nothing…..so far so good – and excited to see if we get some modern updates vs what was keeping ItsDeductible the same for a decade.
It looks like you did what you set up to do by offering as similar program to It’s deductible.
Can’t wait to get started and like many we THANK you for putting this software together and keeping things simple. I was thrilled after online research to find a Reddit thread where someone found, used and recommended Deductible Duck.

I have used It’s Deductible for many years and considered it to be the ultimate tool for quickly and easily entering and keeping track of deductions. I virtually went into a panic attack when I realized that Intuit was really going to discontinue It’s Deductible (unlike a couple of years ago when they changed their mind) because I know that there’s nothing else like it. Thankfully you came to the rescue and created a virtual twin to It’s Deductible and I love it (plus it was so easy to transfer my data).
You and your tiny team (with a big mission!) should be so proud of what you have accomplished and I am thrilled to be one of your customers.When TurboTax announced that it was discontinuing It’s Deductible, I was at a loss. I can track my donations in a spreadsheet, but trying to find the Fair Market Value for each item would be utterly overwhelming. In a fit of desperation, I Googled “websites like It’s Deductible”. Your wonderful Deductible Duck was the first site to come up. I looked at it and immediately signed up! (I love the name, by the way!) I told a friend and she immediately signed up, too.
